The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: “Customer”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “The workshop”, “We” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Customer and ourselves, or either the Customer or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Customer in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Customer’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing Scottish Law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Privacy Statement

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Authorized employees within the company on a need to know basis only use any information collected from individual customers. We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers. Parliament has created specific offences for unauthorised actions against computer systems and data. We will investigate any such actions with a view to prosecuting and/or taking civil proceedings to recover damages against those responsible

Confidentiality

We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by this Company will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.

Cancellation Policy and Refunds Policy

No refunds are given for a Workshop or Course you have ordered as you shall be immediately granted instant access to the course materials and we cannot reverse this access. We clearly lay out what you will be getting from a particular course on the sales page before purchase, this will give you a full understanding of what to expect within the course. Workshops and Courses

The Company provides various workshops, courses, programs, and associated material for sale. By purchasing these products you are given immediate access to all the content for our courses, programs, and associated material (collectively the “Courses”) for your own personal or internal business use. Except as otherwise provided, you acknowledge and agree that you have no right to modify, edit, copy, reproduce, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, alter, enhance or in any way exploit any of the Workshops or Courses in any manner.

By ordering our Courses, you agree that the Courses you purchase or download may only be used by you for your personal or business use and may not be sold or redistributed without the express written consent of the Company. You shall not create any derivative work based upon the Courses and you shall not offer any competing products or services based upon any information contained in the Courses. Not following the above shall be a breach of these terms and conditions.

1-to-1 Scotland Travel Consultations

Full payment is required before a 1-to-1 Scotland Travel Consultation takes place. This is non-refundable.

We do not make bookings on your behalf. We will give you recommendations on what tour providers to book with, and we will not be liable for any issues with any bookings you make.

Consultations take place on Zoom. Please ensure you download Zoom before our appointment.

We can meet with multiple Zoom accounts if your travel buddy would like to join in.

Date/time changes must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment.

We will not be held liable for any issues with visas, accommodation, transport, attractions, or any other aspect of your Scotland trip.

Before your consultation, please fill out the questionnaire we send you at least 24 hours before our call. This helps us to prepare for our call together.

Within 72 hours of our call, you will be sent an email with the links mentioned in the call, and a recording of our session. Should you have any follow up questions, we are happy to answer up to three questions, but if you have any more, you will need to book another appointment.
